Oaky is looking for an awesome Customer Success Team Lead

We believe the main strength of Oaky is the personal relationship we keep with our clients, partners, investors, friends & fans. Are you a positive person who would love talking with our customers and keep them (and everyone else in the team) happy?

Your job would include on-boarding new clients, optimising/analysing the performance of current clients and leading the ever growing customer success team.

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • > 3 years working experience in leading a customer success team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in SaaS business
  • Experience in setting up tooling for customer success
  • Experience in scaling customer success department
  • Native or fluent English
  • Interest in understanding data analytics

 

Tasks

 

  • Recruiting top talent
  • Building and managing a customer success team
  • Set-up SOPs to onboard new people
  • Formulate KPIs for customer success department
  • Setting up tooling for customer success
  • Create scalable automated workflow
