Customer Success Manager

What you bring to Oaky

  • Min. 1 – 3 years experience in Customer Success/Account management ideally in any SaaS field / Hotel industry.
  • Native or fluent English and Dutch. Knowing Spanish/Italian/German would be a plus.
  • Experienced using tools like Zendesk, Intercom, CRM and Google Apps.
