Oaky is looking for an awesome Customer Success Manager (Spanish)

What you would be doing as a Customer Success Manager:
Be end to end responsible for your customer portfolio from the time they sign up with Oaky; onboarding new clients, optimising/analysing the performance of current clients, and drive user engagement/adoption.
Be the voice of the customer for internal teams.
Participate in developing and driving the CSM strategy.
Min. 1 – 2 years experience in Customer Success/Account management/Customer Service
Native or fluent English. Spanish & Dutch would be a big plus point
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish big plus)
Experience in SaaS / Hospitality business
Experienced using tools like Zendesk, intercom, CRM and Google Apps.
