What you would be doing as a Customer Success Manager:
get link Be end to end responsible for your customer portfolio from the time they sign up with Oaky; onboarding new clients, optimising/analysing the performance of current clients, and drive user engagement/adoption.
Be the voice of the customer for internal teams.
Participate in developing and driving the CSM strategy.
